I've done it, I opened my own Etsy store! While it's only in the beginning stages, the brainstorming has been fun...what to make, where to find ingredients and how to package all these goodies. I hope to feature hand poured, filled and molded chocolates. Some of the fillings will include chocolate mousse, caramel, hazelnut truffle, peanut butter and more. Fillings will be handmade with natural ingredients and in small batches to ensure freshness and attention to detail. I will also take your favorite Holiday Marshmallow "Peeps" to a new level. Just in time for Halloween I will feature a variety of shapes of these luscious clouds of marshmallow in flavors like lemon, lime, vanilla and coconut just to name a few!
