Satisfy the Chocoholic in You!

 I have just finished my 1st test run of a new chocolate confection.  It is all ready for La Cucina Dolce on Etsy. These Hot Chocolates are melt in your mouth DELISH!  Imagine a layer of light and fluffy, hand made lightly cinnamon flavored  marshmallow, layered on top of a smooth and creamy dark chocolate ganache then coated with a thin, crisp layer of dark chocolate, sprinkled with a light dusting of pure white chocolate shavings.  These Hot Chocolates are sure to satisfy the chocolate cravings of the biggest chocoholic!  These luscious clouds of Chocolate and marshmallow are approximately 1x1 inch squares and are sold by the pound.   I will not start shipping chocolate until mid October until we are certain that temps will be cool enough too support the transport of chocolate.  Visit my Etsy store at www.lacucinadolce.etsy.com for more details.

Opening Soon!

I've done it, I opened my own Etsy store! While it's only in the beginning stages, the brainstorming has been fun...what to make, where to find ingredients and how to package all these goodies. I hope to feature hand poured, filled and molded chocolates. Some of the fillings will include chocolate mousse, caramel, hazelnut truffle, peanut butter and more. Fillings will be handmade with natural ingredients and in small batches to ensure freshness and attention to detail.   I will also take your favorite Holiday Marshmallow "Peeps" to a new level.  Just in time for Halloween I will feature a variety of shapes of these luscious clouds of marshmallow in flavors like lemon, lime, vanilla and coconut just to name a few!   Stop back to see my handmade indulgences!
